The Kramer Control (KC) Brain shows the status of the KC Brain on UC Central. You will need a KC Brain device in the same space as your PC. This FAQ is intended to assist in the setup and configuration of the KC Brain for UC Central.

Installation
The UCW Kramer ControlKC Brain Service must be installed using the UCW Installer. This can be downloaded from https://qlinstall.ucworkspace.com/ucwinstaller/prod/.
Once UCW Installer is launched navigate to the Available Tab and select the Kramer Control Brain Service as shown below:
When prompted for the Host Name use the device’s IP Address or Host Name that the KC Brian is connected to:
Setup
Once the KC Brain Service is installed it is enabled as shown below in the Windows Task Manager:
If the Host or Port values are incorrect use the Windows Registry Editor to modify as depicted below:
From UC Central the KC Brain is shown on the Devices Tab:
Details about the KC Brain device can be viewed by double clicking on the KC Brain device in the list:
